Try your ManWaves product for up to 100 days from delivery. If you are not satisfied, contact support@manwaves.com with your order number and we will arrange a return and a full refund of the product price.

How it works

• Email us within 100 days of delivery.
• We send you return instructions.
• Once the return is received, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. For hygiene reasons, returned devices must be cleaned and returned with all included parts.
